What is genuinely useful to us
Vague praise is pleasant and useless. What helps the next homeowner is specific: whether the quote matched the invoice, whether the timeline held, how the site was left, and whether anything was explained badly. Criticism on any of those is more useful than a five-star with no detail — it is the only way the work gets better.
Something gone wrong? Please do not start with a review — start with the contact form so it can actually be put right. A review that says a problem was fixed well is worth more than one written while it is still broken.
